I'm OD'ed on economics and politics

I'm taking a break from blogging today.

Meanwhile here are some pics. Yesterday, when I got home from the office, I saw that the schizostylus lilies (also from South Africa) were just about to pass their prime so I got the camera to snap a few pics. That's when Miss Piggy, one of the buff Plymouth Rock hens, started following me around the garden as she always does. (She's called Miss Piggy because she keeps saying, "pork, pork" and yes, she's very talkative.)
