Arthur Benjamin's "Storm Clouds Sonata"

We were just watching Hitchcock's 1956 version of "The Man Who Knew Too Much" with James Stewart and Doris Day. (He also made an earlier version in 1934.) The denouement (when Day sees the assassin) takes place in London's Albert Hall during a performance of the "Storm Clouds Sonata", written by Australian composer, Arthur Benjamin. I was wondering if such a huge choir could even be assembled nowadays. (The significance of the cymbals is that the assassin is meant to shoot when they clash.) Here's video of it:
